Reservation conditions:
The number of credit card requested online for the validation of the purchase is used as collateral for payment. No flow is conducted online.
Cancellation, shortened residence and no show for a booking of 1 room:
The cancellation is possible without charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before the date of arrival - 12.00. After this time a night will be charged.
The shortened stay is possible up to 2 days before the end of your stay - 12.00. After this period, one night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as collateral, and a copy of the invoice will be sent as soon as possible by mail
The rooms are available from 14.00. Tell us, however, your arrival time, we will do our best to allocate a room as soon as possible. They must be freed by noon. |
